Another Day Another Opportunity To Give Tours

 

Just some more reminders 

Practice Tours: 

Returning Ambassador must complete one practice tour. New Ambassadors must complete 2 practice tours before the first event day. We would prefer that those practice tours are completed this week or next would so that you can give tours on Saturday and Evening Visits and in addition to the event days. SIGN-UP for practice tour times that work best for you. 

Clearances: 

Here again with the clearances PLEASE whenever you get any of your clearances you can send them in, you do not have to wait to receive all of your clearances to send them in. We do have FBI codes for everyone so when it comes time to put in a code email us and we will give you an individual code. We need them by 9/30!!!! 

Overnights: 

We also need more people to SIGN-UP for the first overnight visit. Please Please Please sign-up if you are able. We have a bunch of prospective students wanting to be apart of the overnight opportunity so that means we need you wonderful people to sign-up and host these wonderful perspectives. *

Event Days: 

We haven't started our "big" event days yet but also we have had SATURDAY and EVENING visits already and we DEFINITELY need more help during these days. So if you can please sign-up for those two opportunities. Please also start signing up for out "big" event days as well. *

*You can sign-up for tours and overnight hosting even if you haven't received all of your clearances yet or haven't completed your tour training, still sign up and then complete when you need to prior to that date. 

Chapel Hosting: 

Every Tuesday and Thursday you have the opportunity to earn points for going to chapel and taking a prospective student. If you go to chapel which EVERYONE has to please SIGN-UP so that we can give students another cool experience here at Messiah. 

Mentor Program: 

Veteran Ambassadors if you are able and willing to be a mentor to our new Ambassadors please email Lucas so that he can get you a mentee! 

Name tags: 

New Ambassadors you will receive a name tag for event days, also if you are a returning Ambassador and need a new name tag please send the ambassador email.
